What's happening in West Central Wisconsin
EAU CLAIRE WISCONSIN PRIMETIMERS
Two of us talked for years about getting a chapter of Primetimers started in the Eau Claire (WI) area and we finally did it about two years ago. It was really a lot easier than I thought it would be. So here we are some 15 plus strong.
I have also been procrastinating about putting anything in the newsletter or getting something on the website. The latest issue of Prime Times came the other day and I read about having a website of our own - well, that might have to wait a little while, however, I decided I could at least get something into the main website and or newsletter.
We have had the most luck with gatherings at each others homes for picnics, Halloween parties, New Year’s Eve parties and just get-together- for-the-heck-of-it parties. We also have been bell ringers for the Salvation Army this past Christmas season and we also have our very own stretch of state highway that we periodically cruse for refuse.
